This page explains what PT Peranti Digital Solusindo does with personal data submitted through this website. It does not replace the data processing agreement that governs a customer deployment.
For an installed platform, the customer is the data controller: records live in the customer infrastructure and are governed by their own policy.
Website data handling
- We collect the contact details you send voluntarily through email or a contact form: name, organization, email address, and phone number.
- We use them only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on an ongoing project.
- We do not sell or rent contact data to third parties.
- Server logs are kept for security and troubleshooting for a limited period.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) by writing to privacy@perantidigital.com.
- A formal data processing agreement is provided before any customer data is processed on our infrastructure.
